When corten steel products are delivered the corrosion process has already started. Upon delivery, it takes another 6-12 months for the initial corrosion to transform into a fully protective layer. Many factors come into play, such as weather, geographic location, etc. For this reason, the color of the products may differ.

Afterwards, lay down a layer of kindling and finish with the fuel of your choice: either good, dry wood in small sticks or charcoal. At KIBRULE, we are fans of cooking on the vine for an inimitable taste, but the result with oak wood is also very good. Be careful not to smother the fire by overfeeding it with fuel.

Your black steel plate is a real asset because in addition to being efficient when cooking, it is easy to clean and very practical.

We still recommend, after each use, scraping the various cooking surfaces with a spatula and a wire brush in order to remove the smallest particles. Finish by protecting it with fat on its plate and grill.

Our braziers are designed to remain outside all year round, however we strongly recommend protecting your brazier from winter weather conditions: rain, snow, hail, frost, etc. using the protective cover which will limit rust and damage. oxidation of the cooking plate. Remember that you should always oil the plate, the inside of your lid and the cooking grid well.

We apply two delivery rates, they depend on the product purchased.

Brazier shipping in France in standard delivery with Geodis - €49

Withdrawal is also available, this is free.

For shipments of braziers we work mainly with Géodis. The customer chooses their delivery appointment, this is made directly online by the recipient customer. The choice of delivery appointment is made by the day over a period of 7 days, Monday to Friday. First possible delivery window: D+2 or D+3 after shipment. Packages can be collected from the GEODIS agency closest to your home.

As a consumer, you can cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the product and return the product to us.

You are required to handle the product and its packaging with care during the withdrawal period. You may unpack or use the product only to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. The principle here is that you can only handle and inspect the product in our presence.

If you wish to exercise the legal right of withdrawal, you can do so within the withdrawal period using the model contact form, or by sending an email to contact@kibrule.com, or in any other unambiguous way. Always include your name, address and order number. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt without delay.

If you make use of the right of withdrawal, you are required to return the product to us within 14 days of notification, with all accessories delivered, in the original condition and packaging and in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions that we have provided you.

The direct costs of returning the product are your responsibility.

We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the product.
